HALO BIOCLASS C4 400 Å Protein columns made with innovative large pore Fused-Core particle technology provide narrower peaks and better recoveries for high resolution separations of large biomolecules such as mAbs, versus smaller pore size columns. HALO 400 Å columns are optimized for high performance in HPLC, UHPLC, and LCMS large molecule applications delivering excellent reproducibility and column lifetimes.

These Guard Column Cartridges are packed with 3µm, Cogent RP C18™ Stationary Phase. They are double end capped ( fully ), with traditional bonding of an 18 carbon silane to the highest purity silica available. Designed to protect your 3.0, 4.0 or 4.6mm ID, RP C18, Analytical Columns from particulate and contaminants that will adsorb to it. They are packed in Stainless Steel Tubes and have Stainless Steel Frits that are pressed into PEEK Frit Caps. These Guard Column Cartridges must be used with a Guard Column Holder.
